Symposium 1 – Pink Blossom Illustration

” A line is a dot out for a walk.  – Paul Klee “

In my first symposium, the work I’m currently making involves illustration with many different type of colorful lines. It is a mix of pink tones of flowers with joint lines that associates two focuses. It’s additionally the way made by a moving point. Lines can be thick or thin, they can be long or short, they can be vertical, level, or corner to corner. They can be strong or specked or dashed too. Lines can be bended or straight of mixes of both. There’s an unending assortment in what we consider as a line.

My work is always inspired by a designer that i always look up too, in this illustration sketch lines i was inspired by Bárbara Hulanicki in the way how she uses lines in her sketch.

Yes i love illustration and lines, but in my MA course i would like to expand and go into another path with creating some animation into a still life pictures and by adding some illustrations and drawings to it too. i will be uploading some on the blog in the few coming days!

I feel like I should perhaps clarify my work somewhat better, however i don’t want this first post to be a mass of content..I will try to compose a superior clarification soon!

Intro

In this blog is my journey through MA in Digital Fine Art at Camberwell College of Arts. Our first online session was very exciting and interesting, getting to know people from all around the world and interacting with them online without being able to sit with them is pretty cool. Everyone was introducing themselves and were speaking about themselves, their arts work, and experiences. So now i will introduce myself to you, my name is Nour i am 23 years old from a tiny island called Bahrain. I am a Graphic Designer, art lover, and a dreamer. In January 2018, i got accepted for a short course in UAL Chelsea, it was about Creativity and innovative thinking, Retail Displaying, and Design Banding for Start Ups. It was one of the best courses i have ever got in to be honest, i have learned a lot from it and ever since that course i have always wanted to join.
